Muir Woods
The questions following were probably the best so far, with one reader asking if I'd intentionally structured So Much Pretty as a heroic epic (yes), and questions about the new novel Be Safe I Love You which I was very happy to talk about.
I'm so grateful for the folks that are reading SMP and taking part in the broader discussion about literature and gender. So far I've met some amazing readers in every town I've visited. (Ditto bookstore workers who've been instrumental in making this tour possible.)
After the reading I hiked with R. and some old friends through Muir Woods. It was beautiful, as you can see.
